Who qualifies for this?

South African residents that are TEMPORARILY living abroad provided they have not placed themselves on record as having immigrated with the South African reserve bank qualify for this. These residents should be considered as normal residents and exchange control rulings do not apply.

SA residents staying abroad will qualify for a 100% loan.

Requirements are as follows: A South African ID book, a South African bank account.

All other standard requirements apply.
