Farm does not employ and labour directly.  The farm utilizes the services of a Labour Recruitment Company to whom a monthly management fee is paid.  They supply a resident Farm Manager who manages the entire farming activity as well as the maintenance of the lawns, gardens etc.

Total cost of the running of the farm including management, maintenance to equipment, electricity, labour, fertilizer, pesticides etc. -  +- R40 000 per month.
